Ok so YAY these are finally up.  There are so many cool ones.  It’s really hard to narrow it down to a post though.  I may add more later but for timing purposes this is what I could take on.  So it’s US.  Yes.  In November Kadie from ‘Pangburn Photography’ took our flipside portraits around the downtown area.  We are so thrilled with the outcome and can’t wait to use these bad boys all over our ‘about us’ pages.  It’s so much fun to model and NOT be the one’s not running around with our heads cut off.  It’s a breeze compared to being the photog.  Seriously.  Yes we have to hike all over the place in our super rad outfits but who cares it’s so worth it.  But dang those heels killed me.  FYI…it’s great to bring ballet flats along for all the walking which I did and it totally saved my butt.  I mean feet.  But they still hurt that day. UGH. Guess I’m just not a heel girl…but I sure do love the way they look & photograph. Guys have it way too easy.

Yay…so I’m finally uploading the photos I took of the spunky Pangburn’s…lol. Just wait you’ll see what I mean. Kadie & Joe are also funky fresh photographers based here in Tucson, Arizona. They focus mainly on hip weddings & couples. Well instead of always being behind the camera they decided they needed a few updated shots of themselves for the holidays and just cause. Well we got a little more then a few shots that are totally them. We met up at one of their favorite spots. ‘The Lost Barrio.’ Which I had never been to before. I’ve shot at the ‘old barrio’…but this place has way cute character. Anyhow it was a great afternoon filled with laughter, goofyiness…is that even a word? and chasing after their rock fetching daughter/four legged companion ‘Audrey’. Who would randomly hide from us and sometimes make us start worrying. Thanks again Kadie & Joe for totally letting your personalities shine through! Awwwww….Mrs. Sally Garcia is so beautiful & a total doll.  She won’t admit it but she is.  Ok so here’s the goods I mean images.  They are so wonderfully funny, vibrant, and all out silly.  Love it.  When a client plays along I get to do my thang.  I had Eric my husband do the chalk boards before I headed out for the shoot since I had some ideas I wanted to execute.  Sure glad I did.  They’re my favorite.  Not to mention the exposed ‘look here at my belly’ shot that Sally randomly did.  Gosh.  Makes me chuckle every time I look at it.  Her expression is so ‘in the moment.’  Gotta get one of those on every shoot.  The ‘in the moment’ stuff I mean…not a belly shot…LOL.  I’m glad that one of their doggies sat still for me for one second to get their portrait taken.  We tried a group shot but they wanted nothing to do with it.  It was more like ‘lets climb all over mommy & daddy since their wearing black shirts and we can get our hair all over them…hee hee.’  So yes the lint roller was our friend on this day.  Also when I rummaged through the baby’s room we found these adorable girlie shoes & baby book that I knew I had to incorporate some how. Gregory & Sally I’m so happy for the two of you and can’t wait to see your baby girl soon!

Introducing the Garcia’s.  Sally has been a great friend of mine ever since those days at the original tux shop where we both worked together. When she asked me to photograph her bump (I mean pregnancy) I was ecstatic!  I love saying ‘bump!’  Just thought I’d put that out there.  She’s so beautiful & has drop dead gorgeous ‘Pantene’ hair.  She’s a closet model I just know it.  How could she not be!  The lighting & weather were perfect to boot. I could shoot into the sun all day long.  Well maybe only at sunset if I still want my eyesight…kinda need that!  I’m so happy that Gregory played along with my ‘knocked up’ idea as well.  What a sport.  Hey my motto is ‘if it feels awkward or funny…then it’s gonna look good!’. I don’t know why but this is so true.  Or acting silly or laughing superishly loud (you like that word?) gets great expressions and depth.  Can’t wait to see the new baby girl…wonder if she’s going to have your hair color Sally?  I hope so! *sweet as pie*

A few weeks ago I posted an image of Eric & I that the lovely Kadie Pangburn of ‘Pangburn Photography’ took of us!  I have still yet to go through everything from our session and will definitely post my favorites so don’t get your panties in a bunch…I’m workin on them.  But in the mean time wanted to get this little cutsy up.  Kadie & Joe’s session took place on Friday and I got so much variety.  3 outfits, many props (good one’s…no typical studio stuff cause we BOTH don’t do that), an their rambunctious beautiful dog ‘Audrey’. More to come on that.  Way funny stuff.  But they brought along this *sweet* vintage camera that Kadie got as a gift while in school.  I knew I had to take full advantage of this sucker & work my magic.  I have my own collection of vintage cameras and can’t wait to showcase them once our house is done.  Can you say ‘clear square floating boxes’ incasing them! Awwwww….it’s gonna be awesome.  I really LOVE this shot & the interaction going on between them in the background.
